It was probably the best summer trip for him and us in recent years, and I mean it. Very refreshing and enriching to be there and he had a blast with the Eurocup celebrations. I feel that his host family was a good match where he felt welcome and taken care of by both his host moms. He did so enjoy Santander and his time on the beach with them...and speaks fondly about all his friends he made in the ECI group.

I felt that he was truly in good hands after meeting you in Madrid....he is liking Spanish even more and is going to join the Spanish Honors Club in his High School this year....I think he has inspired his younger brother to learn a foreign language too.

Kudos to ECI and it was money well spent !

Thank you for taking care of our son during his recent travels and participation in ECI's incredible 2008 Spain study abroad program. Andrew loved his homestays and tours. He said he enjoyed the homestays most because he felt these opportunities gave him the backdrop he needed to strengthen and enjoy his language skills. He believes that the fact that he was surrounded by his peers coupled with homestays with energetic families that were in touch with his social and academic goals, not only gave him stronger language skills, but worthwhile lifelong memories.

ECI's phenomenal job with handling travel connection issues, always set our minds at ease. ECI's communication and coordination networks are outstanding every step of the way!

Thank you and your team for making Lydia's trip such a fun one. Lydia had a great time with her family, her chaperones, and her guides. She came back absolutely thrilled with the experience, adored Salamanca, and felt that she had been given just the right amount of supervision and freedom to make friends and to get to know Salamanca. So thank you all for keeping her safe, stimulating her, and exposing her to a whole other side of Spain than she would have seen as a tourist. I also appreciated EduCulture's flexibility with her travel arrangements, allowing her to join the group in Spain rather than in the States, and then making sure that she was organized for her flight to Scotland.

All pre-trip communications on your end were well organized, informative, timely and, once abroad, your blog was spectacularly photographed---a great benefit to the parents! My daughter spent time in France this summer on a “total immersion” program. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience for her: the host family treated her as their own, organizing excursions and experiences (including a roadside view of the Tour de France as it came through) and providing home comforts in terms of accommodation and food to a “five star” standard. Most importantly, no one spoke English to her the whole time ensuring that she returned much more confident in her abilities in the spoken language. A first class experience.
