Nerja Homestay – Spanish at the beach in Southern Spain!

Two weeks of language classes & homestay in Nerja, with overnights in Malaga & Seville.

Program location: Nerja, Spain
Dates: August 1 – August 17
Ages: 15 – 18 years
Language prerequisite: Two years of High School Spanish*

*Exceptions considered with teacher recommendation

Nerja is a beautiful coastal town with narrow cobbled streets & whitewashed houses. At the heart of the town is the Balcón de Europa (Balcony of Europe), a palm tree lined promenade with panoramic, cliff top views of the Mediterranean and Nerja’s nine beaches.

The Language School Homestay families are all within easy reach of the school, lively downtown & gorgeous beaches.

Your Trip at a Glance

1. Start off with one night in historic Malaga.
2. Next, spend two weeks in Nerja enjoying…
- A homestay with families chosen by language school
- Morning language classes at Escuela de Idiomas, a well-respected school, internationally recognized for its Spanish teen study abroad programs
- Afternoon & evening activities & excursions, such as swimming, beach volleyball, salsa or flamenco dance lessons, tapas tasting, equestrian show, Arab baths, cooking workshop…and more!
- Excursions to nearby villages, Granada & an overnight trip to Seville
- Spanish Language Partner sessions with local Spanish college students
3. Finally, a farewell dinner and last night in Malaga.
